Coordinate all details such as style, fabric, size, craftsmanship, order quantity, delivery time, packaging, special craftsmanship, etc., and clarify all customer requirements.
Sample clothing confirmation
Arrange for sampling, and the customer will verify the pattern, fabric, workmanship, printing/embroidery, sign and confirm the sample garment as the standard for mass production.
Product quotation
Based on the calculation of fabrics, accessories, processing fees, losses, packaging, logistics, and taxes, issue a formal quotation for customers to verify.
Sign the contract and pay the deposit
Both parties sign a formal purchase and sales/processing contract, agreeing on quality standards, delivery time, and payment terms; The customer pays the production deposit and the factory starts preparing materials.
Batch production
Purchasing raw materials, cutting, sewing, locking nails, ironing, semi-finished product quality inspection, and producing bulk goods according to the confirmed sample standards throughout the process.
Pay the final payment
After the completion of the bulk inspection, notify the customer to check the goods and settle the remaining balance.
Batch shipment
After receiving the final payment, arrange for packaging and bulk shipment through logistics/freight forwarders, and provide logistics documents simultaneously.

How to wash the print so that it won't fall off easily?
Wash inside out with cold water, hand wash gently, do not scrub printed area hard, avoid dryer, bleach and high temperature ironing.
Is the shedding and fading of prints a quality issue?
Normal washing following care label will not fall off. If severe fading/peeling within 3 washes without improper washing, we will solve after verification.
How to deal with blurry, incorrectly printed text, or damaged prints received?
Please take clear photos of the whole garment and error part within 48 hours after receiving parcel. We provide free re-production, partial refund
Can I return or exchange if I don't like the pattern or choose the wrong size?
Custom products are personalized private goods, non-quality problems (dislike pattern, unsuitable size, wrong order) cannot support return, exchange or refund.
Does customization include shipping?
Custom item price only includes garment & printing cost, shipping fee is calculated separately according to weight and logistics channel.
Why are custom-made clothes more expensive than ready-made clothes?
Custom goods need separate design, independent printing, separate cutting, higher labor & material cost than mass-produced stock clothes.
